Refund Statuses

Here are the status codes for a refund returned by various API endpoints.

Status	Description
requested	The refund has been requested and is waiting for the next processing run to get picked up.
pending-return	The refund process has started, funds will soon be debited from the Merchant bank account to facilitate the refund.
pending-clearance	Funds have been debited from the Merchant bank account and is waiting clearance to Pinch before being sent to the Payer.
processing	The refund is being processed.
completed	The refund process has completed.
failed	The refund has failed, contact support for more information.
cancelled-declined	The transaction provider has cancelled or declined the refund attempt, contact support for more information.
